Chihyun began his career as a research chemist and his interests in business led him to marketing for an agricultural business. His interests in and insights into people and organizations then led him to the people and organization development sector.
Prior to becoming a dedicated coach and catalyst, he worked in a range of local, regional and global HR & OD roles in large multinational companies and global Korean companies based in Singapore and Korea.
