He has over 30 years of experience leading growth-driven human capital initiatives in MNCs, family-owned conglomerates, and startups across various industries, countries, and cultures. As CHRO for Bata, he led the organization’s HR, Training, and CSR functions for India and South Asia in his last corporate role. Before that, He headed the HR function for the Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, established a training academy, set up SOPs and Brand Standards, and spearheaded multiple talent management initiatives. As Vice President of Human Resources for NIIT Ltd, he managed the HR function for all business units globally, During the early part of his career, he worked with Honda and Panasonic in different HR functions including at the manufacturing plant.
