Patrick coaches high potentials, senior managers and executives. He supports executive teams in deploying their internal dynamics. He has promoted mentoring and co-development programs in various organisations.
Over a period of 33 years with L’OREAL Group, Patrick has held general management positions internationally. He took over Zone Director responsibilities for LUXE and PROFESSIONAL Divisions (Asia, Africa, Middle-East, Pacific, Latin America, Europe). He spent as well 3 years as International HRD and 3 years as Director for Top Executive Development (Top 250).
Patrick is committed to supporting the growth of Social Enterprises within the Ashoka network.
A MBA Graduate from INSEAD, he is Master Business Coach (International Mozaik), ICF certified. He is also a certified Practitioner in NLP and Appreciative Inquiry.
