As an internationally-experienced coach, Marianne supports managers who want to lead their teams to success by valorizing their diversity of talents and cultures.
Nelson Mandela
Marianne started her international career in Luxemburg in major auditing firms dealing with stringent deadlines, high-pressure environments and, as often the messenger of bad news, significant exposure to C-suite leaders. She developed strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities and assertive communication.
She later transitioned to a large central bank, working in operational risk management and systemic crisis project management. This privileged position gave her the opportunity, as a woman with a passion for helping people develop their potential, to work with ingenuity. Thanks to this wealth of experience, she has had many opportunities to support leaders of multicultural teams in solving operational, organizational, relational and emotional problems. These opportunities naturally led her to coaching.
Drawing on her extensive experience, Marianne knows how to establish a bond of trust with managers. She has developed an ability to identify what is unfortunately recurring situations: stagnant environments, accepting status quo, being absorbed daily tasks, all of which are detrimental to leaders, their teams and organizations.
Marianne helps leaders regain their self-confidence and adopt effective mental patterns that respect themselves and others, thus contributing to the creation of a healthy situation that benefits the whole organization. She combines her professionalism with a daring touch to bring about their success.
Creative, resourceful, passionate and inspiring, Marianne helps managers identify their talents and bring them to the surface.
