Lynn supports executive teams in developing their strategic vision and business plans. She conducts and designs leadership development programmes in international environments. She coaches groups and individuals, high potentials, senior managers and executives. She also carries out senior executive development assessments.
Lynn has held leadership/partner positions in multinational consulting firms, amongst others as MD for Continental Europe for a management & strategy consultancy firm and subsequently Leader for Talent and Organizational Consulting in Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia for Hewitt Associates, an HR consultancy firm. She then joined the IMD business school as Director for the USA and the UK and as a leadership coach.
Lynn is very concerned with disfavoured children in developing countries and spends much of her free time working for a family foundation on projects related to the education and health of children.
A graduate in literature and philosophy from the University of Geneva, she also has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources development. She is a certified executive coach, a Tavistock facilitator in Group dynamics and certified in numerous psychometric tools. She has British/Swiss nationalities and consults in English and French.
