She has held senior positions in several multinational companies and has successfully managed international teams. She is particularly sensitive to intercultural issues, having lived and worked abroad all her life.

Emilia became an Executive Coach and Consultant following a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. She was Vice-President Legal and Chief of Staff to a succession of CEO’s, sitting on the Executive Committee. Over the last years she has coached and provided strategic advice to numerous high-ranking Executives, Executive Committees, and Leadership Teams around the world.
Her clients appreciate her significant professional experience in leadership roles that give her an in-depth understanding of their challenges and needs. She brings her rich multicultural background and exposure to her clients and works regularly in English, Spanish and French, both with individuals and teams, across a wide range of industries around the world.
