Emilia became an Executive Coach in 2020, following a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, notably within Legal teams but also as Chief of Staff to a succession of CEO’s. Over the last years she has coached numerous high-ranking Executives, Executive Committees, and Leadership Teams around the world.
Her clients appreciate her significant professional experience in leadership roles that give her an in-depth understanding of their day-to-day challenges and needs.
