Career history
Daisy began her career as a management trainee at Nestlé China and has since accumulated over 15 years of experience in Organization & People Development. Her career spans multinational corporations, including Apple, Nestlé, the world-renowned innovation consultancy IDEO, and various local startups.
Before becoming an executive coach, Daisy held a range of national-level HR roles and served as an independent consultant for several local startups, gaining industry knowledge across FMCG, retail, finance, manufacturing, design, and consultancy.
Daisy discovered her creative talent at the age of 5 and her passion for people at the age of 12. However, it took 13 years of diverse explorations before she fully embraced coaching. Reflecting on her journey, she realized, “I have always been a coach,” on the first day of her coach training.

Daisy’s extensive experience with diverse organizational cultures and developmental stages makes her highly adaptable in her coaching approaches. Her philosophical mindset and deep compassion enable her to act as a mediator and catalyst for change. She frequently incorporates sensory and artistic elements, encouraging individuals to embrace the unknown.
Daisy draws continuous inspiration from modern art, the Tao Te Ching, and nature.
