Career history

For over 13 years, Anne-Claire managed marketing and sales teams at Procter and Gamble, Hachette, and Emap PLC. As head of the Media division of Emap France, she was a member of the Management Committee and in charge of 150 people. She has been a consultant and executive coach for 20 years, notably coaching and training managers for 7 years in China and 2 years in Flemish Belgium. Anne-Claire has also worked extensively with multicultural teams. Her experience has enabled her to develop a practice that encourages taking action and initiative, and that helps executives deal with uncertainty. It has also given her a profound awareness and understanding of intercultural issues and levers.

Coach expertise

Anne-Claire firmly believes that people and organizations grow and evolve because of the quality of their cooperation. She supports teams and executives, with a particular focus on complexity and collective intelligence, especially in a cross-cultural context. Her interest in corporate cultures matches her interest in the cultures of different industries and countries. Her goal? To help managers truly understand other cultures and their organizational systems and ways of thinking.

She also specializes in guiding managers through transformation and change. She challenges her coachees to go beyond words – which can often reinforce resistance and differences – and express themselves through drawing, improvisational theater and movement.
