For about eight years she was Account Supervisor in one of the most important advertising network at international level in Milan. She was responsible for managing assigned corporate and multinational brands allowing her to develop a strategic approach to business and acquire excellent organizational and team coordination skills. At the end of that stimulating experience, she realized she was driven by people development rather than business and brand development. Despite her flourishing career, she made a professional shift that propelled her into the world of coaching.

As Executive Coach and facilitator since 2010, she supports leaders, managers and teams through authentic transformational journeys. With a systemic perspective, she guides them through crucial challenges and contexts of increasing uncertainty and high complexity. Deeply sensitive to issues related to sustainability and gender equality she specialized at MIT Boston with Otto Scharmer in U-Theory, the most advanced social innovation technology. She is involved in promoting the paradigm shift from ego to eco-system through cultural and strategic organizational change projects linked to the UN 2030 Agenda goals.

Since 2015, she has been a coach for the Executive MBA programs at MIP Politecnico in Milan.
