Professional background
Connie’s practice draws on her experience in corporate strategy, financial reporting, regional operations, global vendor management and change management. From 2012 to early 2015, she served as Practice Leader and Managing Consultant at Hay Group. Between 2007 and 2012, Connie held dual roles at the Adecco Group: Managing Director of Adecco Human Capital Solutions and Strategy Director for Lee Hecht Harrison, the consulting arm of Adecco, where she also oversaw profit and loss operations. In addition to her leadership and consulting expertise, Connie consistently ranked as the top salesperson at each company she worked for. In 2012, she received the President’s Award for Exceptional Team Performance at Lee Hecht Harrison.
