Joy is an international citizen with over a decade of experience in financial services, followed by another decade facilitating change within the industry and beyond.
She made the switch to facilitation after observing high calibre teams and expensive projects often fell apart because they focused on the “What” and forgetting about the “How” of woking together.
Today, Joy partners with forward-looking leaders and their teams to tackle complex, novel challenges. Drawing on behavioural sciences and creativity, she helps groups work better together to unlock smarter solutions.
Her work spans a wide range of organisations – from stealth-mode startups to multinational companies, from private equity-backed ventures to not-for-profit charities. She has worked across sectors including sports, banking, healthcare, retail, luxury, entertainment, climate, financial services, FinTech, InsurTech, and EdTech.
