Over the last few decades, the vision of management has been dominated by a focus on individual performance in the service of companies accelerating their race for profitability – leading to the unlimited exploitation of our planet’s human and natural resources.  The result of this ideology is clear: we are witnessing widespread human and natural exhaustion.

In the midst of this turmoil, we do know one thing: tomorrow’s world depends on our vision, our courage, our commitment. We need visionary and realistic leaders who regenerate human ecosystems, in an integral, human and ecological approach – what we call generative leaders.
