Turningpoint Asia strengthens its leadership team

We are happy to announce the appointment of Michael Bertand as Director of Coaching and Programs at Turningpoint Asia.

Following several years of impactful collaboration as a Senior Executive Coach, Michael Bertrand will further elevate our leadership and organizational development efforts in the region as Director of Coaching and Programs, reporting directly to Managing Director, Christina Khoo.

Michael’s rich cultural background is shaped by a lifetime of integrating into and leading within diverse environments across the globe. His extensive experience spans global leadership roles, managing large multicultural teams, and guiding major organizational transformations. Michael is renowned for his expertise in adult development theory, polarity management, and systemic team coaching—empowering senior executives, C-suite leaders, and high-performing teams to navigate complexity, embrace paradox, and drive sustainable, collective performance across industries such as technology, finance, insurance, manufacturing, energy, pharma, consulting, and luxury retail.

A passionate advocate for the intersection of technology and human development, Michael is always seeking innovative ways to enhance human creativity and generate more space and opportunities for meaningful, human-to-human conversations.

As an ICF certified coach and global faculty member, he is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of executive coaches and supporting leaders in surfacing hidden patterns, expanding authentic leadership, and unlocking impactful solutions in complex contexts.

In his new role, Michael will work closely with Christina Khoo to support Turningpoint Asia’s regional growth and help clients successfully navigate their most critical transformation challenges.
