During the next TP Lab, the team will dive into the question of the emotional foundations of human behavior with Thierry Paulmier, exploring the manner in which these foundations are experienced in companies – as a manager, the member of a team, and as a direct report.

With Benjamin Pavageau, Turningpoint researcher, the topic “In the end, what is leadership really?” will be detailed in order to achor convictions on leadership through a historical lens, as well as through more recent theories on leadership.
