This January 7, as a part of our 2022 International Coach Days, under the theme of “CSR, Impact and Coaching,” Pierre-Yves Gomez, economist, editorialist and director of the French Institute of Corporate Governance, did us the pleasure of enlightening us with an intervention entitled ” « The rumble within organizations ».

Pierre-Yves Gomez underlined the growing and historically unprecedented expectation of CSR and its impact on companies.

This meeting confirmed and encouraged us, as Turningpoint coaches, in our positive impact mission with leaders and organizations.

While some commentators point out that things are not moving fast enough in terms of CSR and impact, Pierre-Yves Gomez assures us that the boat is moving steadily already and is even starting a revolutionary trajectory.
