Career history
After graduating, he had a dream to become a professional manager in an MNC. It took him 16 years to realize his dream and become a BU Head through various functions in MNCs. He worked his way through numerous challenges and obstacles but was fortunately accompanied by an executive coach in 2012, which helped him start to gain deep self-awareness and explore his passions and convictions. This important process ultimately led him to switch careers and become a professional executive coach in 2013.

After he obtained his coach certifications and started this new journey, Tony felt like he was born anew. With passion and conviction, he dedicated himself to his coaching activity, focusing on leadership development and team effectiveness. Leveraging his strengths and inspired by his own experience with an executive coach in 2012, he is able to profoundly help his coachees and finds having a positive impact on people’s lives deeply gratifying.
Tony coaches a wide range of populations, from middle managers to CXO-level executives in a broad array of industries, including luxury, auto, banking, chemical, high-tech, and manufacturing, to mention a few.
