Ramya began her career in finance and fintech, focusing on business development and strategy, including leading teams of 80 at BlackRock, and driving Asia’s most successful blockchain IPO. She later transitioned into HR and organizational effectiveness as Regional Head of L&D for Booking.com APAC and China, leading culture change, leadership development, and executive onboarding for 5,000 employees. With over 15 years of coaching and facilitation experience, Ramya has supported executives and senior teams across industries and geographies, bridging Western and Eastern cultures to help leaders navigate complex challenges. Drawing on her previous leadership experiences based in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore, she now helps teams navigate multicultural dynamics and build psychologically safe work environments.
