Of both Mauritian and French nationality, Julie spent her childhood in different African countries. This is where her agility to easily adapt to new situations and her ability to work in multicultural teams comes from.
After graduating with a Master’s degree in Human Resources from CELSA in Paris, she started her career in San Francisco in 1998 in the tech world at an American start-up, where she accompanied its exponential growth as HR Director for 5 years. She then held positions as HR Director or Talent Management in France and in the United States within large international groups in various industries (heavy industry, automotive, luxury).
Julie has worked extensively on the construction and implementation of recruitment policies, career management, identification of high potentials, succession plans and development of talents and managers. Julie has also had the opportunity to work on change management from both a human and organizational point of view in the context of takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and social plans.
As a coach and facilitator since 2018, Julie has been supporting organizations face major challenges by enabling their employees to fully express their potential and their unique talents. She has been trained in Non Violent Communication, Mindfulness Meditation (MBSR), Appreciative Inquiry and Collective Intelligence. She is also actively involved in various associations working in favor of ecological transition and is a member of the Positive Conspirators Community of the Institute of Wishful Futures.
A believer of the power of collective intelligence, and attentive to the importance of self-care, as well as caring for others and relationships, she also promotes the development of “working well together” and the emergence of innovative solutions based on cooperation, trust and benevolent listening.
