Professional background
He has held major operational responsibilities in the military. This has given him an in-depth understanding of leadership, which he puts to good use for his customers. He left the French army as a colonel on May 1, 2023, after a 30-year career devoted to operations and HR. He spent 9 years in the Foreign Legion, always in a command position: he was the chef de corps of a regiment (1,000 men). He went on missions in Africa, the Balkans and Afghanistan.
Alongside his core business of being a military leader who instructs, trains and takes his men into battle, THE subject that has always fascinated him is the exercise of authority, interpersonal relations, management and leadership. He decided to put his wealth of human and organizational experience at the service of managers and companies through coaching (individual and team) and conferences on the themes of management, leadership, commitment, meaning and intercultural management.

When he left his various positions of responsibility in the army, leaders, peers and subordinates often highlighted his ability to listen and advise, which prompted him to turn to coaching. He defines coaching as the art of accompanying someone where they want to go, helping them to make a decision or achieve a goal that is close to their heart. It’s an art, because it’s not just about technique: it’s about people.An accompaniment because the coach doesn’t carry his client to the goal, they walk side by side. He can accompany a customer on individual or relational issues, as a manager or director. He wouldn’t be the coach he is today if he hadn’t experienced such powerful things in his life.
