Fabienne accompanies leaders and managers in their leadership development by focusing on their untapped resources (conscious or unconscious) and thereby helping them achieve their objectives.
After various management positions within the LVMH group, notably in marketing, she changed directions and designed and lead training programs focused on purpose and values, both in France and abroad.
Fabienne is the author of, “Managing with your soul: the method of great leaders to put the human at the heart of work”, Broché, March 2019, a book on management with numerous testimonies from leaders. Fabienne is also a lecturer at EDHEC on the executive education program and organizes conferences.
Graduated from the IEP of Aix-en-Provence, ESSEC and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and theology, she is became an executive coach in the systemic approach (solution-oriented coaching). Fabienne is also certified in Appreciative Inquiry (Positive Transformation).
