Her career spans HR consulting, large-scale recruitment, career management, and talent development across diverse sectors and international organisations. She brings strong cross-cultural insight and multilingual agility that make her a trusted partner in driving organisational success worldwide.

Esmeralda’s global journey has profoundly shaped her coaching identity. A pivotal moment came with her move to Vietnam, where navigating uncertainty led her to realign her path and uncover her true calling: coaching. This personal transformation sparked a deep commitment to humanising the workplace and supporting others in navigating change successfully. With over 2,600 hours of coaching experience, Esmeralda blends empathy with challenge-grounded in her core values of honesty and courage. She draws on this depth to design and facilitate leadership programmes, feedback debriefs, co-development groups, assessment centres, and team retreats for leaders across diverse sectors- including luxury, media, tech, banking, and international organisations.
