Christine is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coaching Federation (ICF). She was one of the first professional coaches certified by ICF in China (2006). Christine is a bilingual (Mandarin/English) Executive, Leadership and Team Coach, and is recognized for her in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of leadership development for individuals, teams and organizations as a whole. Internationally (N.A. and China), Christine has delivered Executive and Team Coaching to Fortune 500 companies for over 10 years.
With a strong business and corporate experience, Christine has provided training, facilitation and coaching in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, IT and telecommunications, government, nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. She has also worked with CEOs and leadership teams of Joint Ventures in China and abroad.
Christine brings a unique perspective to her coaching because she has studied, worked, and coached in China and North America. Extensive business experience combined with an insightful cross-cultural perspective, Christine empowers and supports executives and leaders to reflect on their experiences and explore new ways to make their endeavors an effective and positive experience.
Christine has a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Peking University in China. She holds a Master of Global Affairs degree from the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto. She uses several assessment tools, including MBTI, Harrison Assessment, and 360 Degree.
