Originally from India, Abhishek has been working in Southeast Asia and Australia for the past 12 years. He is currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With over 25 years of experience across diverse roles, industries and geographies, he has built and led diverse teams to deliver HR services to business units and client groups. This responsibility included scaling operations across regions, providing coaching and thought leadership, and demonstrating expertise by creating sustainable leadership and talent pipelines through succession planning and clear capability development plans for identified high-potential successors.
