Professional background

An engineer by training (Polytechnique, Ponts et Chaussées), Catherine has acquired 30 years’ experience as an executive and manager within the EDF and RTE groups. When RTE was created in 2001, she spearheaded the development of the customer relations business. Between 2005 and 2015, Catherine flourished in operational management, heading up regional units in Paris and Marseille. In this role, she supervised teams, developed people, gave direction and built vision. This experience naturally led her to head up the HR department (400 people) as deputy and director of transformation. In this role, Catherine worked with the Comex to develop and implement RTE’s strategic project, involving over 8,500 employees.

Since 2016, she has chosen to position herself in the support of executives through individual and group coaching, as well as facilitating leadership development programs. Over the course of her career, Catherine has acquired solid knowledge and experience of the private and public sector business world, its strategic challenges and its organizations.

Coaching expertise

Creating and fostering rich human relationships has nurtured her throughout her career. Catherine is passionate about transformation in all its forms: in organizations, but also in the evolution of managers and leaders in their professional functions. She adopts an appreciative approach, focusing on the exploration of all the coachee’s resources to bring about change. She also has a holistic approach, taking into account the intellectual, mental and emotional dimensions of the person, as well as the physical. Her practice also leads her to question the body, thanks to her training at Via Corpo on “Body Intelligence as a lever for transformation”.
