Professional background
Louise was born in Paris and grew up in London before studying English literature and Spanish language at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
Striving to challenge herself, she started working in finance in Paris as a Key Account Manager in asset management, and then as Project Manager for employee share ownership plans set up by CAC40/SBF120 companies.
After five years, a thirst for adventure drove her to travel to Australia and explore the country for two years, sharing her time between road trips and working in unique places, such as on a banana farm or in a kangaroo sanctuary.
Upon returning to France, her passion for personal and professional development resurfaced and led her to train as a systemic coach with Alain Cardon.
This is why joining Turningpoint as a project manager emerged as the perfect next step on her journey, building a bridge between different aspects of her career and her personality. It allows her to capitalize on her solid professional experience as well as her international profile whilst furthering her appreciation of the world of leadership and coaching.
She enjoys creative activities and spends her free time singing, acting, sewing and going to the cinema.
