Career history

Following two research Masters, in contemporary music and in contemporary philosophy , Abigail began her career in education and learning. Passionate about ideas and conceptual frameworks that help make sense of experience and crystallise learning, she has developed a strong interest in the conditions that help people learn. Pedagogical manager at a language school specialising in young learners then training coordinator of a population of c. 600 staff for a leading international luxury brand, Abigail obtained her professional coaching certification in 2018, subsequently becoming accredited as a coach and facilitator with the European School of Administration in Brussels.

Coach expertise

Abigail’s coaching background includes the French and international private sectors as well a extensive experience in the international public sector, where she designs and delivers leadership interventions to support leaders at all levels including senior management to foster an organisational culture that is self-reflexive, resilient and inclusive. Abigail is comfortable working in a range of settings, from senior management teams of 5 or 6 to much larger seminar configurations of 30-50 staff members and managers. Her favoured approaches are systemic and inductive, combining depth and focus with spontaneity, humour and energy.
