A graduate of IESEG School of Management, Maëlle began her career in the hospitality industry within Accor Group and Relais&Châteaux where she developed a strong sense of rigor, service excellence and client relationship management. These early experiences shaped her ability to combine high standards of professionalism with genuine warmth and human connection.
She joined APM – Association for the Progress of Management in 2016 as a Learning Consultant, designing and leading multimodal development programs for executive clubs. This experience strengthened a conviction that continues to guide her work today: if we want to transform organizations, we need to develop and transform their leaders.
In 2022, Maëlle joined a consulting firm, Cinaps, as a Project Manager, broadening her expertise in project management, learning design and leadership training. She has since worked extensively on soft skills, which she sees as a fundamental foundation for effective and sustainable leadership.
In September 2026, Maëlle joined Turningpoint Leadership as Senior Project Manager, bringing 10 years of experience in leadership and skills development. She is driven by a strong ambition: to contribute to the progress of organizations by helping their leaders grow, evolve and create lasting impact.
Reflective, analytical and highly structured, Maëlle brings clarity and rigor to her projects while cultivating relationships built on trust, warmth and authenticity. Her calm and steady presence creates a sense of confidence and serenity, making her a valued partner for both clients and colleagues.
