Professional background
Caroline began her career at Sogessur, the property and casualty insurance subsidiary of Société Générale, during its early years. She held successive positions as Management Controller and then Head of Management Control, playing an active role in developing performance management tools and processes.
After seven years, she joined the Finance Department of Société Générale, within the Management Control team. She initially oversaw the group’s central budgeting process: coordinating data collection, analyzing results, and preparing validation dossiers for the Executive Committee. She then took responsibility for general expense management, monitoring IT expenditures and producing strategic analyses for the executive team.
Subsequently, Caroline took on leadership responsibilities in an association before joining a childcare center as Administrative and Financial Manager. She then became part of the Turningpoint team, bringing her expertise, rigor, and adaptability to new professional challenges.
