Holding a Master’s degree in International Business and Administration, Delphine began her career in Germany as a Project Buyer in the automotive industry. This first experience allowed her to develop rigor, precision, and strong negotiation skills, qualities that have guided her throughout her professional journey.
Four years later, driven by a desire to bring more meaning to her work, she transitioned to the renewable energy sector. She contributed to the construction of some of the first solar farms in France, a human and technical adventure that marked her entry into the exciting world of project management.
