In her previous business roles, Veronica worked as the National Marketing Manager at Heineken, National Trade Marketing Manager for Dumex Danone and Front Sales Leader at Abbott with the 8000+ team on the China national marketcontributing an average of RMB 3.2 billion annual sales revenue.
Veronica worked as China Coaching Mentor in the International Coach Academy and is also an executive coach in CEIBS and Mckinsey. She has strong business eyes with profound psychological insight to support leaders connecting their inner power to achieve self and organization transformation.
Veronica holds the PCC certification from ICF with 1700 coaching hours, she is also certified ACTP coach from ICA (International Coach Academy), and holds China National Psychological Consultant Level 2 certification. She is certified as a NLP Practitioner, Germany Bicablo Visual Presentation Authentication, for the Leadership Circle Profile Assessment. She has studied international applied drama, Structural Psychoanalysis Power Group, Social Psychology Master Course inRenmin University of China.
