Before starting her own companies, Susana held senior executive roles in the automotive industry across Europe and Brazil for over 13 years, in the operations area. She managed international teams directly and through matrix structures, gaining deep expertise in operations, management, and leadership. She also has experience in crisis and change management in diverse cultural settings, including remote team leadership
Coaching expertise
Susana decided to dive into coaching after being deeply inspired by this approach during a leadership coaching training. She realized she had naturally used coaching to lead and manage in her past roles. Afterward, she completed several international coaching programs, all aligned with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for their strict Code of Ethics and Competence. Ethics remains a central aspect of her coaching approach, fostering a trustworthy and open environment where clients can comfortably address all their personal or professional challenges and aspirations. Together, they develop action plans aimed at achieving results, satisfaction, and well-being, while also fostering healthy relationships and creating value for those they interact with.
