Career history
French born, Stephanie grew up in France and Ecuador, studied in Paris, worked in Mexico, lived in London for 24 years and is now based in Barcelona.
She started her career at an International Executive Search consultancy, headhunting talents for European-based roles with large US corporations. She then joined a TV production company where she was Executive Producer to a successful TV series for kids for which she won an Emmy Award. She later became CEO of the company. After a break to start a family, Stephanie worked as COO of a wellbeing tech platform. She then successfully undertook her coaching certification and has worked in the personal and professional development arena ever since.
Coach expertise
Stephanie is a certified PCC coach with the International Coaching Federation and coaches in English, French and Spanish. She works with leaders and executives across the EMEA region. She previously worked as a transition coach for an outplacement consultancy to support executives through career changes. Currently, she focuses on leadership coaching to help leaders and talents develop self-awareness, unlock their potential, embrace change and actively become the architects of their personal growth.
She believes that behind every challenge lies an opportunity, a gift; all one needs is to choose which angle to approach the problem. Her biggest reward is to see her clients flourish and become even better versions of themselves.
