Career history
Paul spent over three decades in senior strategic, commercial and operational leadership roles within international financial services across Europe and Asia. While the commercial aspects of leadership were rewarding, it was the opportunity to develop people that he found most meaningful. Early in his leadership career, studying for an MBA specialising in Leadership transformed his understanding of leadership, shifting his focus from leading others to leading himself. This perspective shaped how he led teams, with coaching becoming a natural part of his leadership. Inspired by helping others grow and succeed, Paul later trained as an executive coach and transitioned into coaching full-time.
