For over 20 years, Olivier has held consulting roles at PwC, as well as operational and management positions in both startups and major corporations such as Vivendi and La Poste. He also served on the executive committee of GeoPost, an international logistics company.
In 2020, he transitioned to a full-time Executive Coach, dedicating himself to supporting managers in their personal development and driving their companies’ transformations. Olivier is a Coach at HEC Alumni (Top Executive offer) and ESCP for executive MBAs. He teaches at Sorbonne University and is an affiliated professor at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) in Rabat.
His journey into coaching began at a very early age, nurtured by his personal bicultural background between France and Vietnam. His heritage made him curious about his clients’ stories, their backgrounds and sensitivities. He has had the privilege of developing and carrying out support missions across several continents including Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America. After so many years in the field, he remains fascinated by leadership development and passionate about coaching his clients to change their behavior. He aims to base his practice not only on a deep understanding of business, but also on scientific rigor, grounded in years of research in the human and social sciences and organizational psychology.
Olivier is convinced that care and high standards are virtues more necessary than ever in business. He strives to embody these values both in his personal life and professional commitments.
