Career history

Michael built his career within two leading CAC 40 groups, BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Group (Finaref, CA Consumer Finance, Sofinco, and LCL), where he held senior leadership roles at the intersection of business development and people management. His experience spans the full spectrum of business environments, from managing strategic B2B partnerships and leading nationwide B2C networks to overseeing large-scale customer relationship operations.

Throughout his career, Michael has been at the forefront of complex strategic transformations, including mergers, workforce restructuring programs, business model redesigns, and the creation of new organizational functions. These demanding experiences shaped a core conviction: the success of any transformation ultimately depends on people. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Business Development France at CA Personal Finance & Mobility, he led the transformation of a 2,000-employee subsidiary. After 25 years in corporate leadership, and deeply aware of the challenges posed by an increasingly complex and uncertain world, Michael chose to dedicate his passion for people and extensive business experience to supporting executives and their teams. Driven by a strong belief in the transformative role of leadership, he now specializes in helping leaders navigate their most critical leadership and transformation challenges.
