Career history
Gracia brings along two decades of luxury MNC experience. She built high performing teams as the regional head of marketing across 12 APAC markets for iconic brands like McLaren Automotive, Porsche, Leica Camera, and TAG Heuer under LVMH Group. This has formed her deep understanding of operating within high-stakes environments where reputation, longevity, and quality are non-negotiable. She worked directly with regional MDs and senior leadership, while diplomacy is key. Years of negotiating and speaking up in global boardrooms (AUS, UK, JPN, KR, HKG) has brought her into the inner world on how senior leaders behave under pressure. She was frequently requested by name by C-suites to prep them ahead of being in front of the global media like Forbes, CNN, Bloomberg and at regional conferences. As one of the few women and often the only Asian in boardrooms across the region, she learned early how to hold her ground across cultures, bridge the distance between local markets and global directives, and make her voice count where it matters most.
Coach expertise
Today, Gracia trains senior leaders through data-backed behavioural coaching. One of her clients was publicly called out by his CEO mid-meeting. Instead of shrinking or retaliating, he responded with a clarity that shifted the entire dynamic. The board of directors softens and turned around to ask if there is anything they can do to support his agenda. Just weeks before, the same senior VP came in asking for help on managing his anger. He credits his coaching with Gracia as the turning point. Known to be warm, sharp and challenging where it matters.
