Career history
Emmanuelle has 30 years of professional experience. She began her career in the automotive sector, holding various operational and people management roles with Michelin in Thailand, Germany, and France. She then joined a U.S. consumer finance company, where she actively contributed to its market entry into several European countries. Later, she became an Executive Director at EY Belgium in the Performance Improvement practice. Emmanuelle has led complex programs, transformations, and change initiatives.
Her career choices have been guided by her personal values and her pursuit of cultural environments in which she could thrive.

Her focus on organizational development, performance improvement, and culture led her to develop as a coach with a focus on vision, transformation, culture, team dynamics, and individual identity development. She approaches topics with an integrative and systemic lens, bringing body, heart, mind, and spirit into her work. Emmanuelle has worked as a consultant and coach with board members across sectors including banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and technology. She is accredited within the European Institutions and has delivered training programs in multiple international organizations.
