Career history

Diane has a dual business and HR career spanning over 25 years in the banking sector, before moving into the energy transition sector. Her successive responsibilities in project management, then in key account sales management, quickly exposed her to strategic levels of interaction, and led her to grasp the complexity of these organizations. From 2013 onwards, she supported large-scale cultural and leadership transformations through global responsibilities in talent management and leadership development, coupled with a coaching practice.

Coach expertise

Certified as a coach in 2012, she first practiced coaching at Société Générale in individual, team and group facilitation coaching assignments. Her scope of activity has since expanded to a wide variety of environments (Banking, Fin Tech, Energy & Construction, Retail, Luxury). Her interventions often support changes in posture, such as helping managers to evolve, or developing more collective, authentic and engaging leadership.

Diane seeks to combine a sensitive approach with a more analytical one, depending on her clients’ needs. She draws on several reference frameworks (transactional analysis, Gestalt and the systemic approach) and draws inspiration from related disciplines (music and philosophy) to enrich her approach.
