Charles-Henri Delloye

Senior Executive Coach

Lyon, France

French

Charles-Henri is a purveyor of potential: he works tirelessly to bring out the best in individuals, teams and organizations, and to encourage the deployment of that potential.

Hope sees what is not yet and what will be and loves what is not yet and what will be in the future of time and eternity.

Career history

With 20 years’ experience in human resources and team management, Charles-Henri began his career in the HR department of Bayard Presse. He then became a consultant at Capgemini Consulting, before joining Generali’s HR department for several years to design and implement the Talent Management policy. Finally, he took on managerial responsibilities at Generali France, managing the automobile underwriting teams.

Coach expertise

Two particularly impactful experiences led him to coaching organizations: the coaching he received at a key moment of professional questioning, and his managerial experience, which gave him a taste for accompanying collective and individual transformations.

In his coaching career, beyond the structured training he received at COACH & TEAM®, it was Appreciative Inquiry and Non-Violent Communication (CNV) that forged him as a coach. He finds it particularly motivating to find the deep axis that enables him to stand tall and be alive. The strategic systemic approach also inspires his interventions, whether in individual or team coaching, since relationships are at the heart of any dynamic of change.
