Career history
Cecilia was introduced to coaching in 2010 at a company training program in the UK, fascinated by the way participants were impacted by a coaching methodology, she jumped into her first (of many) coach certification trainings with the Co-Active Institute. In 2012 she resigned from her corporate job at Capgemini in Europe and decided to pursue coaching full-time in the Philippines and explore her roots being half-Filipina.
Since 2014, Cecilia has been working work full time as a Certified Coach with her partners. She is an internal coach at a global digital company and mentor coach for coach education programs as well. In 2020, she was awarded the Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the ICF, the second person in the Philippines to receive this credential.

Knowing what it feels like to put your aliveness on “pause” and be stifled by fear and low self-esteem has made Cecilia fiercely dedicated to support people to reclaim their own authenticity.
She works with individuals, leaders and teams, and is passionate about helping others discover more intentional ways of being and doing, take courageous actions and journey towards a more liberated, choiceful and whole life. It drew her to become a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator integrating the work of Dr. Brené Brown on vulnerability, shame and courage as well as somatic coaching and neuroscience-informed practices. She has worked with a range of clients from MNC’s, startups, local family businesses and non-profit organizations with credible results.
