Having worked on 4 continents, she developed an excellent understanding of business, corporate and cultural challenges on a professional and personal level.

Career history
Working with diverse teams during her 15+ years working the corporate ladder, sparked her interest in the ‘people side of business’ and consequently led to her first coaching training back in 2008. Upon certification as an organizational coach Peggy left her corporate role in 2016 to become a full-time coach. As a constant learner she since participated in multiple further trainings such as team coach, Appreciative Inquiry coach, Mentor and recently co-facilitating coach trainings.
Coach expertise
Her work as a coach inspired her to rethink her own status quo and contribution to the world. She has been inspired by some great changemakers and impact leaders and now supports others to amplify their impact. During her 10 years of working and living in Hong Kong (2010-2020) she helped to kick start the B-Corp movement and was greatly inspired by this network and its mission.
