Career history
With a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Sustainable Governance from Sciences Po, Pauline joined Turningpoint with a strong desire to contribute to impactful, people-centered projects.
Her international academic journey began at ESCP Business School, where she completed a Bachelor in Management taught entirely in English across three campuses: Paris, Turin, and Berlin. These experiences strengthened her cross-cultural awareness, adaptability, and ability to thrive in international environments.
Alongside her studies, Pauline gained experience through several internships and an apprenticeship position in Human Resources at Forvia, where she developed a strong interest in people development, organizational dynamics, and project coordination.
Since September 2026, she works as a Project Coordinator at Turningpoint. In this role, Pauline oversees the coordination and delivery of client engagements, ensuring their smooth execution at every stage. She contributes to effective project management, timeline adherence, and the delivery of a high-quality client experience.
