Cultural Transformation
Since 2023, we have been proud to continue our partnership with Sciences Po and Le Monde as part of the 2026 “Thinking About Work” Prize, an award that highlights books that help us better understand the transformations reshaping work and their implications for organizations, leaders, and society as a whole.
This partnership is part of a broader collaboration between Turningpoint and Sciences Po focused on leadership, organizational transformation, and the future of work. For several years, our teams have worked closely with Sciences Po researchers, particularly through the Chair for Organizational and Work Transformation, helping to fuel the reflections of the Turningpoint Lab and foster dialogue between academic research and real-world practice.
This year, the jury of the “Thinking About Work” Prize has shortlisted three books, each offering a unique perspective on the contemporary shifts shaping the workplace. The winner will be announced on 14 October:
