With a deep passion for human and organizational development, Lucy discovered her life purpose over a decade ago: empowering others through coaching, training, and facilitation—blending both science and art.
Leveraging her experience as Vice General Manager for a European Consulting Firm in Shanghai, Lucy brings a strong focus on cultural diversity and management to her coaching practice. She also has extensive expertise in general management and organizational development through her work as Asia Pacific Training Center Head and as a Six Sigma Coach.
