Professional background
Grace has over 18 years of professional experience of running P&L in multinational organizations as a leader, where she successfully managed cross-cultural teams from different regions around APAC, North America, and Europe. Prior to coaching, Grace worked in various multinational organizations in marketing and sales. She worked as a senior leader within large organizations as a coach to collaborate with all levels of leadership. Managing diverse teams inspired her to bring awareness of cultural diversity to be an effective teams. As a leader, she realized the importance of developing others’ talent which led her to take up a coaching course to effectively coach her team.
