Harnessing innovation for leadership
At Turningpoint, innovation is central to our mission of supporting organizations as they navigate increasingly complex challenges. Guided by this purpose, around twenty of our coaches recently came together for an immersive day at the TP Lab, our dedicated space for experimentation and creativity.
The TP Lab represents a unique environment for reflection, where we refine our methods and explore new approaches. For the past two years, our international teams — in France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Asia — have been collaborating around Generative Leadership, a foundational model for guiding leaders and organizations through transformations.
During this session, we explored two of the five key dimensions of Generative Leadership:
• Inner Leadership: an approach that connects the body, emotions, and values. We explored how stress and uncertainty impact our bodies and how internal alignment can be regained through movement. The goal: to strengthen mental clarity and effectiveness in the face of challenges.
• Fellow Leadership: a vision centered on leveraging the power of communities to overcome organizational rigidity and fear. Through dynamic discussions and creative tools like metaphorical drawing, we uncovered key drivers for fostering collective engagement and influence that go beyond individual roles.
This session was an opportunity to enrich our practices and strengthen our tools for even more impactful leadership development. It reflects Turningpoint’s philosophy: combining innovation, collaboration, and audacity to design tomorrow’s solutions for our clients.
Thank you to our coaches for their energy, positivity, and commitment!
Stay tuned to discover upcoming initiatives.
