With more than 3,200 hours of coaching experience and a career spanning the Americas, Europe and Asia, Esmeralda brings a distinctly international and cross-cultural perspective. Having lived and worked internationally for more than 20 years, she understands the realities of leading across cultures, organisations and complex stakeholder environments. Esmeralda works with executives and leadership teams on leadership effectiveness, organisational transformation, team dynamics, communication, collaboration and resilience. Her work includes executive and team coaching, leadership development programmes, feedback debriefs, assessment centres and facilitated leadership interventions across sectors including luxury, media, pharma, technology, banking and international organisations.
