With over 20 years working experience, Gregory followed his deep interest in people and organizational development, joining international executive search and consulting firms in Asia and Europe. He has a deep understanding of Asian working environments from first-hand experience leading and working in teams in China.
Now, Gregory is a professional coach & consultant in leadership development and change management, working with clients from a range of industries, including banking, finance, insurance, oil, automobile, technology, IT services, professional services, F&B, and retail.
His passion is to develop leaders and organizations taking their intrinsic resources, cultural traits and ecosystem into account. Gregory believes that effective interventions should combine both 'being' and 'doing' dimensions to have sustainable and thriving results.
In his coaching practice, Gregory focuses on the whole self (mind, body, heart, and spirit) of his coachees to generate sustainable solutions and encourages individuals and teams to consider their ecosystem when addressing an issue, looking at organizations as human systems.
Gregory has experience coaching multi-cultural teams, developing cross cultural intelligence and using the Cultural Orientations Framework (cultural profiling assessment). He has also designed and delivered change management workshops, working with leaders and teams going through organizational transitions. He is certified in and works with Hogan Assessment, Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (Individual), Action Learning Coaching, and Co-active Coaching (CTI – ICF accredited program), among others.
