Emmanuelle is an Executive Coach with over 10 years of experience. She previously worked for twelve years in the Training and Development service of the HR department in the Total Group, leading and supporting change projects.
As a coach her approach is focused on the optimization of human potential and change - orchestrated both at the collective level and at the level of individual emotions. Emmanuelle places emphasis on facilitating cohesiveness in management teams, in facilitating the management of emotions.
With an initial training in Political Science at Sciences Po Paris, she then received her Master's in the Social Development of Organizations.
She has also trained in active listening (Carl Rogers), cognitive and behavioral techniques with a stress management focus, and systemic analysis (Palo Alto) in Belgium. Emmanuelle is an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner and certified in co-development, the Team Management Profile, and MBTI.
